Our Culinary Commitment

Food

Our goal is to provide Edomae Sushi that leaves a lasting impression with every bite. We carefully prepare each piece of sushi with refined manners. The rice is prepared using our own unique technique, and the eel claws are flavored with just the right amount of sweetness to bring out the unique taste of the ingredients we have carefully selected. Natural seafood, laver from Ariake, and ultra-soft water, which is ideal for sushi. We have been pursuing uncompromising taste by paying close attention to every detail. We promise that everyone who visits our restaurant will enjoy an ideal sushi experience.

Our History

Sushi Kakuno's Roots in Roppongi

Sushi Kakuno was quietly established in the basement of Roppongi in 2017. Since its opening, Sushi Kakuno has been serving "sushi that is not only delicious but also enjoyable" as its creed. The calm, wood-toned space and the heartfelt hospitality that goes into every piece of sushi have been nurtured by the support of our many customers. As Roppongi becomes more vibrant, our sushi will continue to evolve with it, and we will continue to provide special moments for our customers, both domestic and international.
